Safe Natural Breast Enlargement Methods

Perfect BreastsA frequent question I am always asked is how do I keep my breasts firm. I am a middle-aged woman who has had two kids, for the most part, my breasts are still very firm and full, I don’t smoke, but I do drink occasionally, I love to stay active,  my exercise routine consists mostly of jogging and strength training 4-5 times per week.

While there is no perfect breast enhancement solution, there are a few safe and practical ways for women to help increase the size of their breasts. If your bosom is out of shape, there are a few things that will work well and do not require surgery. I have tried many different methods, and they all have had good results one-way or another.

I originally started out with a B cup and was pretty happy with what I had,  my issue was after pregnancy,  I noticed my breasts began to sag, I tried breast massage and a few cold press ice treatments but did not have much luck.

Breast creams

Breast creams are a great alternative for women who don’t have a lot of patience, for the most part, they are easy to use and don’t take a lot of time, some come with additional nutritional supplements, either way its just a matter of applying a breast cream twice a day once after your morning shower or bath and once at night before going to bed. Breast creams do take a few weeks before you notice a difference, but it happens before you know it.

Strength training

There are many exercises that can do wonders for your breasts, you should not rely on a breast cream alone, there are two great exercises that can be performed easily at home or in a gym, one is dumbell flyes,  if this exercise if performed correctly it can firm up and increase the underlying breast muscles making your breasts firmer and fuller, the other exercise is traditional push ups, if you are out of shape they may seem difficult at first but try doing 3 sets of 5 or 6 and gradually build up over time, pushups are simple and can be done almost anywhere, they are a great way to shape your breasts and keep them firm.

Breast enlargement pumps are a great ay to increase breast size and are probably one of the most inexpensive and natural ways for women to add size, but not only is a brest pump beneficial to increase size they are also great for increasing blood circulation in the breast tissue, this helps keep your breasts full and firm. Eat plenty of phytoestrogen  promoting foods

Phytoestrogens also known as plant estrogens or “dietary estrogens” are a non steroidal estrogen or form of estriadol which can help increase breast fullness, phytoestrogens stimulate normal estrogen levels and promote swelling of the underlying milk ducts within the breast, making them fuller and firmer. A few foods containing phytoestrogens include the following:

  • Soybeans and soy products
  • Tempeh
  • Flax Seed
  • Sesame seeds
  • Wheatberries
  • Fenugreek Seed
  • Oats
  • Barley

There are also some breast serums that contain herbs such as Pueraria Mirifica that also mimic natural estrogen production and can be applied directly to the breast, they can also improve firmness and reduce sagging at a very reasonable price.


The methods posted above are ones that I tried and gave me the best results, keeping your breasts firm is just like anything else you have to find what’s practical for you, this is no different than keeping your facial skin soft and preventing wrinkles, the fun part is exploring new methods and what will ultimately work best for you.
